Shift Happens
Navigating neurodivergent success for women in tech.
It's time for a change
You’re aware that things need to change and have tried so many “solutions” that don’t work for you. They’re either made for people who have more time, less wandering thoughts or aren’t exhausted all the time.
You’re probably on the edge of burnout and always seem to be dropping one or several of the balls you’re juggling. You’re tired, and emotions get the better of you. Work gets all of your focus, so everyone sees you as exhausted and trying to recover over the weekend.
You don’t want to drop work because taking a step back feels like you’ll be penalised. It’s hard enough being a woman in a male-dominated workplace, without the addition of a neurodivergent brain that overthinks everything! Constantly trying to find the hyperfocus you need to get on with things, then you get home, but there’s nothing left for friends or family.
It can feel like you’re very rarely even at OK, and staying there feels impossible because there’s so much going on.
It’s been like that for so long that it’s become routine and everything else you’ve tried might work for a while, but it doesn’t really last. The novelty of something new and exciting might work for a short time, but then it becomes dull and too much like hard work.
But hey, guess what, see that ideal shiny place in the distance...
It looks like an oasis in the desert – sun shining, relaxing, feeling at peace with no more racing thoughts.
Everything is calm; there’s always enough time and you feel happy.
No longer being on the edge of burnout every other week, your calm and relaxed attitude means nothing is too much trouble.
Instead of feeling frantic, you naturally soothe the people around you with your aura of serene peacefulness.
🌟 You control the times when you hyperfocus.
🌟 You control the times when you’re available for work, home and friends.
🌟 You control the thoughts that once raced through your mind.
What a difference.
And what’s more, you find that you are enjoying being you.
You’ve found a deep acceptance for yourself - a love and care you have never experienced before.
Truly knowing, understanding and accepting yourself rather than always wishing things were different or trying to change things that feel impossible for you, but easy to other people.

Here’s the good news: coaching will help you embrace your unique strengths and perspectives. I help you uncover and celebrate these strengths, making you feel more at home in your own skin and more confident in your ability to navigate work, home and social life.
What happens?
We work on the underlying foundation of self-acceptance and recognise that your differences are your ultimate strengths! You just need to work out how to make them work in your own way, instead of trying to fit into neurotypical ideals.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be your true self. It’s a place where your quirks are celebrated, your ideas are valued, and your journey is honoured.
Learning to navigate the complex dynamics of being neurodivergent in a world made for neurotypicals can feel like a big deal and I am here to make the journey exciting and rewarding.
Imagine having a personal cheerleader, a trusted guide, and an experienced mentor all rolled into one. Someone who can help you dig into what’s going on for you specifically and share knowledge, tools and support to help you create your own path.
Those feelings of being out of place, the struggle with self-acceptance, and the tendency to people-please are common, but they don’t define you.
Shift Happens is about finding your voice and learning to prioritize your well-being and authenticity over fitting into someone else’s mould.
I have created this programme based on the experience I’ve picked up from nearly a decade of being in the coaching world, using the tools, principles and training from multiple schools and teachers.
