6 Week Coaching & Training Programme

A Personalised Path to Balance for Neurodivergent People.

A practical, strength based program designed to help neurodivergent individuals identify, understand, and navigate their unique challenges.

​

Using the metaphor of being stuck in the woods surrounded by issues that can seem daunting and that you can’t change without a huge amount of energy (the trees – thinking old, deeply rooted gnarly trees). Everything seems dark and a bit hopeless.

​

The undergrowth can be dealt with by using the knowledge you already have about these situations, how you might have dealt with them in the past when there were less trees around affecting your mood. Your innate strengths will help you to deal with these things and I’m here to help you find out what they are and how you can use them to move forward.  

What To Expect...

The programme will help you delve outside of the woods. There will be techniques and interactive activities to guide you through this programme and strive towards the open space.

 Picture being in the middle of a forest that feels overwhelming, slightly scary and pretty dark.

Feeling like you’re stuck in a dark, overwhelming forest, where each step forward only leads to more exhaustion? This one-to-one coaching program is designed for neurodivergent people who are struggling to balance work and home life, feeling as if all their energy is spent just getting through the workday, leaving nothing for loved ones or themselves.

It feels like there’s so much between you and getting out into the sunlight where it feels like you belong.

In this journey, you’ll work with your coach who will walk alongside you, helping to clear a path through the undergrowth of everyday challenges like exhaustion, overwhelm, sensory issues, motivation, and focus. Each week, you’ll gain tools and insights to reconnect with your strengths, navigate obstacles, set clear boundaries, and build a sustainable path forward. Together, we’ll focus on realistic, supportive steps that help you regain control and energy for both work and personal life.

We start our journey by identifying your personal strengths and challenges. We’ll reflect on what's currently overwhelming you (the undergrowth) and what you have available to begin moving forward. 

Focus on building sustainable self-care habits that don't add to overwhelm. Looking at the idea of putting your mask on first – looking after yourself so you have the energy to look after others. 

We look deeper into key challenges identified in week 1 or along the way that are causing daily stress and brainstorm ways to manage them without burning out. 

Learn to set and enforce boundaries that protect energy, both at work and in personal life. Understanding that you don’t have to give everyone your time and don’t need to do everything people ask of you. 

Week 5: 

Creating Your Path:

Planning Without Overwhelm

Begin working on a longer-term plan that feels empowering rather than draining, taking personal energy levels and boundaries into account. Where do you want to be in 3, 6 or 12 months time?

Stepping Into the Light:

Reflect & Empower

Reflect on progress, review learning, and look toward the future with new tools and confidence. What’s next and how are you going to do it differently.
